Between November 3 and November 20, Houthi forces fired at least two ballistic missiles targeting the port city of Hodeidah and a coalition military base in Marib province.
Below is a summary of the confirmed missile events during the November 3-20 period. The summary also includes some information on the recent Houthi-Arab Coalition ceasefire, as it is relevant to the missile war.
- November 14:
- Houthi forces launched an unidentified ballistic missile over Hodeidah harbor from the al Salif district of the larger Hodeidah governorate. The missile crashed into the harbor, reportedly without causing significant damage. Earlier in the day, forces loyal to the Yemeni government announced they would halt their offensive in Hodeidah to allow for the delivery of humanitarian supplies. At least one ship carrying aid material was anchored outside the harbor, while five other ships are unable to offload cargo because of Houthi activities.
- November 15:
- The Saudi-led Coalition ordered a temporary halt of its Hodeidah offensive in response to calls from humanitarian agencies and the United Nations to cease hostilities. The Coalition vowed to resume offensive action if Houthi forces continued attacks against it.
- November 16:
- Houthis announced a halt on drone and missile attacks following a UN directive and a decision by the Saudi-led Coalition to halt its offensive in Hodeidah. KSA and UAE also announced their support for UN-led peace talks.

- November 18:
- Representatives for Houthi forces indicated a willingness to engage in peace talks with the Coalition if it would agree to a full ceasefire. The announcement came after discussions between the group and UN special envoy Martin Griffiths.
- At least one Houthi ballistic missile was launched towards Marib province. Coalition media sources reported a total of four missiles targeting the Coalition Sahen al Jen headquarters facility along with other military bases and locations in Marib governorate. Sources disagree about the number intercepted: The National, a UAE news outlet, reported four intercepts, while Al Arabiya, a Saudi Arabian news company, reported that one missile crashed prior to intercept. The Jerusalem Post, an Israeli newspaper, referenced an unnamed Iranian report stating that one Badr P-1 was fired on a Coalition headquarters location. Houthi media outlet Al Masirah reported one Badr P-1 was fired on Coalition forces in Nehm, a small town in Marib governorate approximately 80 km from Marib city. Twitter user Yemen Observer (@YemeniObserv) posted three alleged images of one of the downed missiles. The event transpired shortly after Houthi, Yemeni, and Coalition forces agreed to attend peace talks in Sweden.
