On March 13, the U.S. Air Force awarded a $250 million dollar contract to Boeing to integrate the nuclear-capable Long-Range Standoff (LRSO) cruise missile with the company’s B-52H strategic bomber. Platform integration work is scheduled to be completed by December 2024; however, the LRSO missile is not set for delivery until 2030.
