Last month, Russian forces have received a new S-400 Triumf air and missile defense regiment. The Russian defense firm Almaz-Antey announced that it “delivered a new regiment set of S-400 Triumf […] systems […] ahead of schedule,” reported the Russian news agency TASS.

In addition to its own domestic procurement, Russia has been aggressively marketing S-400 for export, delivering units to China in July 2017. Turkey and Russia concluded an agreement in September 2017 to transfer the system. In July 2018, India also planned to procure the system from Russia.
